Return Merchandise Purchased Online
At Festivity, we want you to feel free to “Accessorize your life.” If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Merchandise purchased through the Festivity online website that is unwashed, unworn, or unused, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of package. No returns or exchanges will be made after 14 days of receipt of package. Intact price tag, and original receipt or packing slip, must accompany the merchandise in order to receive a refund.
Damaged Merchandise
Please notify Festivity by phone or email within 14 days of receipt of any damaged merchandise purchased through our online store. Merchandise of equal value will replace damaged goods. In the event that the merchandise cannot be replaced, a full refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Return Process
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
How to Make a Return
To return merchandise, please ship merchandise with packing slip or original receipt to the address below. The shipped package must be prepaid, insured, and traceable.

Returning a Website Purchase to a Festivity Store
Unfortunately, merchandise purchased through our online website, may only be returned via mail to our Returns and Exchanges Center. Merchandise purchased through the online website may not be returned to a Festivity store.
Returning a Store Purchase to the Website
Unfortunately, purchases made at one of our stores may only be returned or exchanged at a Festivity store, and will be subject to the Returns & Exchanges Policy of that store.
